Shipping Policy

At Imagine & Grow Co., we aim to make ordering your early learning and play resources simple and convenient.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $250*

We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on eligible orders of $250 or more.

Free shipping excludes selected bulky, oversized or heavy items, including shelving, furniture and large play equipment. These items may require a separate freight quote.

Orders Under $250

A flat $25 standard shipping fee applies to eligible orders under $250 within Australia.

Bulky, oversized and selected furniture items are excluded from our standard shipping rate and may require a separate freight quote.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, promotions or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier used. Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery where required by the carrier.

Bulky & Oversized Items

Selected furniture, shelving, outdoor equipment and other bulky or oversized products are excluded from our standard and free shipping offers and may require a separate freight quote.

Where a freight quote is required, you may place your order online and Imagine & Grow Co. will contact you with the applicable freight cost before dispatch.

Your order will not be dispatched until the freight charge has been approved and paid.

If you choose not to proceed after receiving the freight quote, the affected order may be cancelled and any payment already made for those items will be refunded.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@imagineandgrowco.com.au.

We will do our best to update your details before dispatch; however, changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or shipped.

Additional delivery charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may be payable by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the packaging and affected products, where applicable.

We will work with you and the delivery carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
